Locations: Rochester, NY, Buffalo, NY

We are seeking highly motivated, Roofing On-Site Supervisor's to join our Training and Development program. You will learn our brands and industries (Construction and Home Improvement) from the ground up. These supervisor's will oversee subcontractors, communicate with and collect payment from homeowners, assist with gathering materials and update job progress in company's CRM program. Construction experience a plus but not required.

You will work an average 50 hours workweek with shifts varying between 7am-6pm, Sunday-Saturday. You will be guaranteed overtime each week and will go through a development program that leads you to other departments without our companies including project management, sales, and/or other levels of management.

Qualified candidates will be highly organized, have strong attention to detail and strives to keep customers engaged with a helpful and positive attitude.

  • Monitoring performance of sub-contractors and staff
  • Accomplishing project by defining the scope and resources required
  • Allocating resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff
  • Maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing safety codes
  • Communicating each step of the job to homeowners and collecting payment from customers.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency.
  • At least two years in customer service or related experience.
  • Strong communication and phone handling skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds, at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
