Graves Brothers is a long established and growing home improvement company. We are looking to have an office manager join our team who can help us grow effectively and efficiently, by bringing a positive attitude, organizational skills, and the ability to make the people around them better.
Responsibilities Include: Payroll, Daily Cash Balancing & Bank Deposits, Job Costing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, all Accounting Schedules, Manage and track company and subcontractor insurance, Produce operating reports, Handle Company Benefits, Manage Office Supplies, NYS Taxes, New Employee information/Background Checks, Manage/supervise other office staff, Assist sales team, Assist production team.
General computer/IT/network knowledge (preffered)
4 year degree (preffered)
Ability to motivate and work well with others
