Roofing/Siding Service Tech | Rochester, NY

$18 – $25 an hour

Local home improvement company looking to hire full or part time service tech for mainly roofing and siding repairs. Must be able to diagnose leaks and perform repairs to shingle roofs and vinyl, wood and fiber cement siding. Knowledge of other aspects of construction are a plus. (Interior remodeling, basic electric, plumbing, etc.) Excellent pay and benefits including possibility of company vehicle, 401K, health insurance, and paid holidays/vacation.

Requirements/Qualifications:

· Ability to communicate well with customers both verbally and written

· Construction/Roofing Experience (3+ Years)

· Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills and problem-solving skills a must

· A good driving record is essential for this position

· Must be able to climb a ladder

· Position requires lifting up to 80 lbs.at times

· Must pass background check and drug screen

We are seeking highly motivated, energetic Weekend Sales Lead Administrator to help us grow. Qualified candidates will be highly organized, have a strong attention to detail and strives to keep customers engaged with a helpful and positive attitude. This unique role will be positioned as our customers first point of contact and responsible for managing company’s CRM. Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday. Training will be during the week and paid.

Duties & Responsibilities

· Opening the office every morning and closing the office on Saturdays and Sundays.

· Customer and potential customers first point of contact.

· Answering phones and greeting walk-ins, directing them to the appropriate person.

· Entering sales leads in Contractors Cloud, ensuring job #s are properly assigned.

· Scheduling service and sales appointments.

· Creating and modifying proposal sheets and sales contracts, responsible for final review and approvals.

· Register warranties and send customer completion packets.

· Invoicing through Contractors Cloud.

· Updating sales pricing sheets, as needed, and creating new sales folders.

· Ordering EagleView 3D measurements.

· Run all sales analytics & data.

· Build and edit all workflows & reports in Contractors Cloud.

· Create new Contractor Cloud accounts, manage existing accounts, train new employees.

· Ordering sales materials.

· Liaison between sales and other departments.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

· Intermediate knowledge of Excel, preferred.

· Must be comfortable working alone in the office, on occasion.

· At least two years working with a CRM, experience with Contractors Cloud a plus.
